Skills Development Services
Learnership and Internship Administration – We can help design and administer your entire learnership or internship program from recruiting learners, aligning the programs with one of our accredited training providers where vocational skills and short courses required, as well as mentoring and coaching of learners.
We are currently a partner to Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) as an intermediary company in administrating their internship (finding suitable work placement for the graduates in the MQA’s internship program, registering the learners on the SIMS system and quarterly progress reports on learner progress)
